YES! Camp Deadline fast Approaching...

YES! Camp 2010 will be held on November 12 & 13, 2010 at the Lakeview Methodist Conference Center, Palestine select the link below for the itinerary. Deadline to Register is Wednesday October 21th, 2010. Please bring your check (payable to: Cherokee 4-H Council) to the Extension Office by 5 PM. Also, you will have to complete the Medical Treatment Authorization form and bring one copy to the Extension Office with your payment and another copy with you to the camp for registration. Link to form below:
